By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

2.Identify and apply the five stages of traditional project management: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
3.Understand the eight project performance domains and their significance in successful project delivery.
4.Explain the core principles of Agile project management and its benefits over traditional methods.
5.Demonstrate knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, including roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
6.Assess project scenarios to determine the most appropriate management approach—traditional or Agile—based on specific project needs.
